Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
In case of a delay due to high demand, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified via email or phone.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery
Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your delivery location and courier availability.
We partner with trusted courier services such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, or FedEx to ensure timely and secure delivery.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping may be available on certain orders as mentioned on our website.

  • For all other orders, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

  • Any additional delivery surcharges (for remote areas) will be displayed before payment.


4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking ID and courier details.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status directly on the courier partner’s website.


5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly during checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unavailability of the recipient, re-shipping charges may apply.


6. Return Shipping Charges
In case of a return or exchange, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping charges for returning the product.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (for example, a wrong or damaged item sent).


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier and provide a replacement or refund as applicable.

Currently, we only ship within India.
